We are a sellers real estate star!
We determine the home's value in the current market for a listing price and advise the homeowner in readying the home for listing and showings.
Next, we will enter the home into the MLS database. Market the home to other agents and brokerage members of the MLS. And also market the home on social media platforms, in print, and other traditional media.
Real estate agents supervise and schedule home showings for you. We will also report to the seller any interest and feedback from buyers who have seen the home.
When a buyer makes an offer, we will help you to try to get the price you want and to obtain a signed purchase agreement.
Over all, we coordinate the process from signing the contract to closing the deal, including scheduling inspections, preparing documents and other items necessary to close.
We are a buyers best friend!
We help buyers to locate and view homes that meet your requirements. Next we help you to securing a mortgage. We will advise you on the area, market conditions, and if you believe that your homes of interest are priced right or not.
Then we will work with you to craft the initial offer in a purchase agreement and go through negotiations and counter-offers with the sellers.
After a purchase contract is executed, we coordinate the transaction process on the buyer side. Over all we coordinate & schedule appraisals, inspections, and other activities related to the transaction, deliver and explain all documents, title insurance, deeds, etc.
Work with them through the closing and getting their keys.
